Senior Coed Team

The Senior Coed Team is intended for males and females ages 18 and younger.

This is the elite team of teams. They are literally the best of the best in the Pacific Northwest. There is a tumbling requirement with a minimum skill of standing backhandspring, toe-touch backhandspring, and a specialty tumbling pass to make this team. There is a stunt requirement, that must be met. To be a flyer on this team you need to have clean double downs and solid one legged stunts with good flexibility. The dance requirements include learning a specific routine and performing it for our coaching staff. You need to have your jumps level to the floor or hyper-extended to be considered for this team. Sounds hard doesn't it? It is.

They tumble, jump, dance and build partner stunts at the highest and most creative levels imagined. The Coed team is also responsible for teaching many of our younger teams as well as manning many private and public camps that we offer. We have regular conditioning classes to improve their physical stamina as well as our regular training practices.

The Coed team shares the honor of being on the coed teams and becoming a tight group of high level athletes. They end up being best friends for many years well after the short time the spend on team with Humboldt.

Our Senior Coed Team owns 14 National and one International Championships and is a dominant force in every competition we enter.

The Coed team will practice on Sundays and Wednesdays from 7-9 pm. They can go to any of the regular tumbling classes that meet their need for their skill level and their parent's convenience of day and time. Our tumbling schedule can be found here.

Our coaching staff will encourage the heart as well as the body with this age group. We have highly trained staff that work well with young adults of this age as well as their particular needs.


Typically our Coed team will perform locally and at events in the San Francisco Bay area and Portland, as well as one big event in April. In 2008 we will travel to Las Vegas for WSF Nationals.
