Junior Team

The Junior Team is intended for girls and boys ages 11 and younger.

  Our Juniors are a very competitive bunch. They really are just like the Senior teams but, well, shorter!

They tumble, jump, dance and build partner stunts at high levels. We have regular conditioning classes to improve their physical stamina as well as our regular training practices. Of all our teams this is the most magical bunch: they believe they can do it! No matter what 'it' is they are certain in their ability at this age.

Our Junior Team has won several National Championships since 1997.

Juniors practice on Sundays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7 pm. They can go to any of the regular tumbling classes that meet their need for their skill level and their parent's convenience of day and time. Our tumbling schedule can be found here.

Our coaching staff will encourage the heart as well as the body with this age group. We have highly trained staff that work well with youth of this age as well as their particular needs.

Typically our Junior team will perform locally and at events in the San Francisco Bay area and Portland, as well as one big event in April. In 2008 we will travel to Las Vegas for WSF Nationals.
